TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders are charged at the time of sale (in full) and will be shipped from the warehouse. Please note, letterpress orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

A proof for each printed piece ordered will be emailed to you. Proofs for 1-Color orders are provided in black & white only; proofs for 2-Color orders are provided in color.

If you have changes, we ask that you submit them to us in writing (in person, via fax, or by email). Once we receive the changes, revised proof(s) will be sent to you at no additional charge. Any changes beyond this will result in proofs being billed at $20 each.

Please proofread carefully; Red Bumble Bee is not responsible for unmarked errors. Proofs cannot be approved “with changes” and must be completely finalized & “perfect!” when approved. We require all proofs to be approved (signed & dated) by you and faxed to us before letterpress printing begins.

Once we receive the approved proofs from you, printing will be scheduled and your order will ship after printing is completed. All packages ship FedEx according to the method specified on your order.

Red Bumble Bee printing production times are as follows: 1-Color Letterpress production time: 15-20 business days (3-4 weeks) 2-Color Letterpress production time: 20-25 business days (4-5 weeks) Please note: The timelines above do not include ship time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Red Bumble Bee reserves the right to use excess pieces from your order as sample material in our store(s), catalogs and in magazine articles. Care and discretion regarding addresses, dates and/or personal information is used in the display of all sample pieces.
